Bump (Back)

Forward Roll

Lockup (Collar and Elbow)

Dropkick
★★★☆☆A spectacular jumping double-foot strike. Both feet leave the ground to kick the opponent in the chest or head.
Forearm Strike
★★☆☆☆A worked strike using the meaty part of the forearm to create the illusion of a devastating blow.
Knife-Edge Chop
★★☆☆☆A classic open-hand strike to the chest that creates a loud, satisfying impact. The crowd-pleasing 'WOO!' chop.
Superkick
★★★☆☆A devastating worked kick targeting the chin/jaw area. Made famous as a finishing move, it requires precise timing and trust.

Bear Hug
★★☆☆☆A powerful-looking submission/rest hold where you wrap both arms around the opponent's midsection and squeeze.
Side Headlock
★☆☆☆☆One of the most basic and important holds in wrestling. Controls the opponent by wrapping your arm around their head.
Wrist Lock
★☆☆☆☆A basic joint manipulation hold that controls the opponent through their wrist. Essential for chain wrestling.

Body Slam
★★☆☆☆Lifting your opponent and slamming them flat on their back. A classic power move that demonstrates strength.
Hip Toss
★★☆☆☆A fundamental throw where you use your hip as a fulcrum to flip your opponent over onto their back.
Powerslam
★★★☆☆Catching a running opponent and rotating them into a slam. Combines athleticism with power.
Vertical Suplex
★★★☆☆Lifting your opponent upside-down vertically then falling backward to slam them on their back. A dramatic display of strength.

Boston Crab
★★☆☆☆A classic submission hold targeting the lower back. You turn your opponent over and sit back on their back while holding their legs.
Figure-Four Leglock
★★★☆☆An iconic leg submission that twists the opponent's knee. Made legendary by Ric Flair.
Sleeper Hold
★★☆☆☆A worked chokehold applied from behind. In reality, no actual choking occurs — it's all about the sell.
High-Flying
Aerial and top-rope maneuvers
Crossbody
★★★☆☆Diving off the ropes and hitting your opponent with your full body horizontally. A fundamental high-flying move.
Hurricanrana
★★★★☆A head-scissors takedown where you flip your opponent by wrapping your legs around their head and flipping forward.
Moonsault
★★★★☆A breathtaking backward flip off the ropes onto your opponent. Requires serious acrobatic ability and courage.

Lateral Press
★☆☆☆☆The standard pin — lying across your opponent's chest with your body perpendicular to theirs.
Small Package
★★☆☆☆A quick roll-up pin where you cradle your opponent into a tight ball. Great for surprise victories.
Sunset Flip
★★★☆☆A dramatic pinning combination where you flip over your opponent and pull them into a sitting pin.

Headlock Takeover to Head Scissors Escape
