Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Get your opponent in a front facelock or scoop position
2. Reach between their legs with your other arm
3. Lift them across your chest in a cradle position
4. The opponent helps by jumping slightly during the lift
5. Rotate and slam them down on their back
6. Guide the landing — don't just drop them
7. Land on your knees beside them for a cover if desired
