2. Grab both of their ankles

3. Step over them, turning their body face-down

4. Sit back toward their head, bending their legs toward them

5. Arch your back while pulling their legs to increase pressure

6. Don't sit too far back — maintain control and safety

7. Common escapes: crawling to the ropes, powering out, reversal
