Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start standing with feet shoulder-width apart
2. Fall forward, turning your head to one side
3. Extend your arms in front with forearms flat
4. Impact should be absorbed by forearms and chest simultaneously
5. Keep your knees slightly bent to avoid direct knee impact
6. Slap the mat with both forearms at the moment of impact
7. Practice from knees first, then standing
