Diving off the ropes and hitting your opponent with your full body horizontally. A fundamental high-flying move.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Climb to the second or top rope

2. Balance yourself and measure the distance to your opponent

3. Leap off the ropes toward your opponent

4. Turn your body horizontal in mid-air

5. Make contact across their chest/body

6. The receiver catches you and falls backward

7. Both wrestlers should roll through for a pin attempt or kickout
