Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Run toward your opponent or use the ropes for momentum

2. Jump up, tucking your knees toward your chest

3. Extend both legs simultaneously, aiming for your opponent's chest

4. Make contact with the soles of both feet

5. After impact, tuck and take a flat back bump

6. The receiver sells by falling backward or through the ropes

7. The key is getting good height and extension before the bump
