A fundamental throw where you use your hip as a fulcrum to flip your opponent over onto their back.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From a lockup or arm control position

2. Step in close and turn your back into your opponent

3. Place your hip against their midsection

4. Pull their arm over your shoulder

5. Bend at the waist and pull them over your hip

6. Guide them safely to a flat back landing

7. Maintain control of their arm throughout the throw
