Sending your opponent running to the ropes. A fundamental transition move that sets up many offensive sequences.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Start from a wrist lock or arm control position

2. Step to the side and pull your opponent toward you

3. Redirect their momentum toward the ropes

4. Release at the right moment so they hit the ropes

5. The receiver runs to the ropes, bounces off, and returns

6. The sender prepares their next move (dropkick, clothesline, back body drop, etc.)

7. Communication and timing between both wrestlers is essential
