1. Position yourself as your opponent runs toward you (often off an Irish Whip)
2. Catch them in a scoop position as they arrive
3. Rotate them 180 degrees while maintaining control
4. Slam them down while falling with them for added impact
5. Cover immediately for a pin attempt
6. The timing of the catch is everything — communicate with your opponent
7. The opponent helps by jumping into the catch position
