Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Get behind your opponent

2. Wrap your right arm around their neck from behind

3. Place your bicep against one side and your forearm against the other

4. Lock by grabbing your right hand with your left

5. Do NOT actually squeeze — this is a worked hold

6. The opponent gradually sells going unconscious

7. The referee checks by lifting and dropping the arm three times
