Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Apply a front facelock with your right arm
2. Hook their near arm over your neck
3. Grab a handful of their tights at the waist
4. Pop your hips and lift them straight up vertically
5. Hold them upside-down for a moment (optional for drama)
6. Fall straight backward, bringing them down flat on their back
7. Both wrestlers take the bump — tuck your chin and land flat
